PADI is a new feature in Tunas that helps the sales team grow together. With PADI, users can create courses or join them to deepen their product knowledge.

Step by Step

How PADI Works

Get Invited
You'll receive an invitation when a supervisor or teammate creates a course. Each session is crafted with a specific topic or product in mind, so you'll always know what you're walking into.

Start with Pre-Test
Before the session begins, you'll take a quick pre-test to check your current understanding of the topic. Don't worry — it's not about passing or failing. It just helps you and your speaker know where to start.

Join the Session
Once it starts, join in and listen to the speaker's explanations, stories, or product deep-dives. You can also take notes or just focus — it's your time to absorb as much as possible..

Q&A Time
At the end of the session, you'll have time to ask anything you're still curious about. This is your chance to clarify, dive deeper, or share your own thoughts with the speaker and the group.

Wrap up with Post-Test
After the session ends, you'll take another short test to reflect on what you've learned. It helps measure your growth from start to finish - and shows just how much you've picked up.

Share Your Feedback
Lastly, you;ll be asked to leaver feedback for the speaker and the session. Your thoughts matter - and they help future sessions even more relevant, engaging, and useful.
